We went to our bank because we were their clients from many years and we thought that they would support us; instead, all the broker told us were bad news. I had to wait for a month while I got the keys to the new apartment and, during that time, Pablo helped me go through all the paperwork and legal procedures needed so everything ran smoothly. He made sure to get me in touch with the best lawyer, insurance broker, and inspector. This made a huge difference given that a process that could have been very stressful was even enjoyable.
